GENERAL INFORMATION

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:30A-5:30P. Pacific Time, excluding holidays.

Materials: We use high performance materials developed specifically for production of single, multiple color & full color graphics for our products. Our vinyl graphics are intended for a wide variety of interior and exterior applications. Pressure sensitive vinyl maintains an aggressive adhesive. Overlaminates are not necessary, but can be added to protect the life of the graphic.

Effective Performance Life: Performance statements are based upon representative experience obtained from accelerated weathering tests believed to be reliable; actual performance will be determined by film selection and preparation, maintenance of the printed graphic, and climactic exposure conditions.

Vertical Exterior Exposure: Three to Five Years: Exterior life exposure specification only applies for vinyl’s warranted for exterior use and in accordance with recommended application and maintenance procedures. In certain colors, colorfastness may diminish in graphics applied to nearly horizontal surfaces. Spot colors and vinyl’s are UV resistant 3-5 years outdoor use. Process color images may be expected to perform up to 3 years. Graphics may be printed on premium or intermediate grade vinyl’s, depending on intended use.

Production Time: Normal turnaround is approximately 1-5 business days from date of final signed proof approval. Larger jobs and complicated artwork requirements may take longer.

Art/set-up:

Black and white scan  $25.00 Color scan $45.00 Custom Graphic Design & Heavy Typesetting $50.00/hour

Appropriate "scannable" artwork defined:
-  Image size must be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11"
-  Black and white artwork must be clean and camera ready, with crisp black lines. Halftone screens are not acceptable for scanning.

Proofs: Jobs will not be produced until customer signs final approval. Client revisions to artwork changes after 3rd proof is subject to $35.00 art charge per revision.

We reserves the right to determine suitability of artwork or disc art compatible with our process.

A detailed written estimate on additional fees if any, will be given after customer submits artwork

Freight & Delivery: Shipping is additional. Signs Now! will notify its customers either by telephone and or fax when their order is completed and ready for pick up.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: All statements, technical information and recommendations herein are based on scientific test results believed to be reliable. Signs Now! nor its manufacturers and/or suppliers warrant or guaranty the accuracy or completeness of this information. The following Limited Warranty is made in lieu of, and Signs Now! disclaims any and all other warranties, whether express, implied or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose: Signs Now's only obligation will be to repair or replace (at our option) such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. In no event shall Signs Now!, its manufacturers and/or suppliers be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, use, repair or performance (or lack thereof) of any product.

Payment: With exception of government, municipalities and corporate direct accounts, or previously setup arrangements, all balances are due and payable in full upon completion of the job. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover cards, cash payments, and Company checks are welcome. A 50% deposit is customarily required on most orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100.00 are to be prepaid unless terms are previously established.
